Camera-Mounted Tablet Teleprompter Hire

Name: Camera-Mounted Tablet Teleprompter Hire | London Speaker Hire
Brand: LSH
SKU: SKU473
Price: 40.00 GBP
Availability: InStock

Hiring a tablet teleprompter gives you a compact, camera-mounted prompting solution for pieces to camera, training videos and scripted presentations. The teleprompter sits in front of your filming camera using beam splitter glass, so your presenter reads the script reflected on the glass while the camera shoots through it – the tablet only displays text and does not film.

The tablet itself is not included as standard. You can bring your own compatible tablet or add an iPad hire to your quote at additional cost. Hire includes the teleprompter system and remote control. Tablet and tripod are not included; both are available to hire at additional cost. Bring your own compatible tablet and suitable camera tripod, or add the extras you need to your quote.

Using your own tablet vs hiring an iPad

Because you bring your own tablet, you keep your familiar teleprompter app, saved scripts, cloud accounts and preferred fonts. There’s no need to sign into unfamiliar software or transfer files to someone else’s device. If you’d rather not use your personal tablet, you can hire an iPad from us instead.

Test mirror mode and scroll controls on your tablet before the shoot so there are no surprises on site.

Blackmagic camera hire is available at additional cost. Choose the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K or Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro and tell us about your shoot so we can quote for the camera, lens and prompting setup together.

Checking camera and lens compatibility before booking

Tell us the make and model of your main camera body – whether it’s a DSLR or video camera – and any backup cameras you may use. Verify the teleprompter rig accommodates your specific recording device before confirming your hire.

List the lenses you expect to use for pieces to camera. Very wide-angle lenses or heavy zoom lenses may affect how the teleprompter mounts or frames, so it’s worth flagging these early.

For shoots that need a bigger screen, the studio camera teleprompter with a dedicated 24-inch monitor is worth considering. For on-stage speeches, presidential teleprompters are designed for a completely different setup.

Add Camera-Mounted Tablet Teleprompter to your quote or contact us for advice before booking.
