I Don't Know What I Need... HELP!

Do not panic!

Our team are all fully trained and have extensive knowledge of our products. With their hands-on experience in the industry, they will know exactly what will give you the best results, whilst making sure we are within your budget.

From providing a one-speaker system for a marriage proposal to a full staging, crowd barriers and PA solution for Jedward, we know what we are doing.

Even if you have no technical knowledge or are a technophobe then we will be able to assist you and explain exactly what will work best. Our advice is totally free and all of our staff are very friendly and easy to chat to.

If you want to come into our warehouse and have a look at the products in action then we are more than happy to make you a cuppa from our lovely coffee machine.

How Do I Make A Booking?

Choose the equipment you need from our equipment range, add it to your quote and submit your enquiry with your date, venue and requirements.

Our team will confirm availability, the final price and the steps required to secure your booking.

What ID and deposits are required?

Please complete your booking verification on our dedicated VerifyMe website. Choose Personal Hire or Company Hire and follow the instructions there.

If you have questions about the identification or deposit required for your booking, call our team on 020 3333 4444.

How can I pay?

You can pay by debit or credit card using our secure online payment page.

For bank transfer or questions about other payment methods, please call us on 020 3333 4444.

Can I pay by cash or cheque?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques or cash payments.

How do I pay by bank transfer?

If you would like to pay by bank transfer then please use the bank details listed on your quote.

It’s imperative that you use the quote number as your payment reference as there will be a delay in your booking confirmation if we do not have this.

Do I need insurance?

As part of our terms and conditions of hire you need to make sure that you have an insurance policy that covers you for the full replacement cost of equipment as per our Terms and Conditions.

Your quote will provide you with the total amount this comes to.

Where can I get insurance from?

If you do not have insurance to cover your event, there are organisations that can assist with one-off policies.

Before requesting insurance, contact us so we can give you the insurable value of the equipment for your booking.

Where can I get instructions, manuals and videos from?

Browse our equipment range and open the relevant product page for available information, manuals and videos.

If you cannot find the instructions you need, contact our team and tell us which product you are hiring.

You will need a PDF reader to view PDF manuals.

Can you deliver/collect the equipment from me?

Yes, delivery and collection can be arranged. Please contact us with your date and venue address so we can confirm transport costs.

Tell us about parking, loading restrictions, stairs and any other access requirements. We will confirm the arrangements and whether parking permits are needed for your booking.

If you need equipment moved into position or set up, please request this when booking so it can be included in your quote.

Can you set up the equipment for me?

We are happy to discuss setting up the equipment for you, from connecting a system to providing a sound engineer for your event.

Can you operate the equipment for me?

We are more than happy to set up the equipment for you. If you just want it connected we can provide this service or should you need a DJ or sound engineer for the entire event then we can assist with this.

We are able to provide service from a DJ all the way up to full production to a festival.
